Converting a single garage in good basic condition prices normally start in the region of 7-8k + VAT - this includes:

• Building Notice to the Council
• Re-enforcement of foundations
• Brickwork
• Knock through for access (if required) from within the home
• Double glazed window
• Insulation to walls, floor and ceiling as required
• Plasterboard with skim coat of plaster finish
• Interior timber door
• Electrics - sockets and lights
• Plumbing - radiator
• Skirting board and architrave

Please note - we are not interested in 'bodge jobs' or illegal conversions - all projects must be fully compliant with Building Regulations.
