Allow for £1000 per square metre of floor area as a rough guide.

A good rule of thumb is that Dracom Builder’s house extensions will cost in the region of £1000 per m2 for the shell conversion and finishing (including basic plumbing, electrics etc.)

More should be allowed should the house extension require a kitchen, bathroom and non standard windows (bi-folding French doors for example).

Whilst our prices are not the cheapest, they are not the most expensive. This allows us to concentrate on working up to excellent quality standards... rather than down to a price!
