Here at Dracom Builders, we are a growing garage conversion and loft conversion company offering conversions to clients throughout Bucks, Berks, Herts, Oxon and Essex, Kent, London, Surrey.
We were established as a Limited Company in 2008 and but have many years experience in the building trade.

Whilst our prices are not the cheapest, they are not the most expensive. This allows us to concentrate on working up to excellent quality standards... rather than down to a price!
We provide clients with professional garage conversions and loft conversion and we have an excellent reputation. We are expert builders and we help clients get extra room within their homes without the need for moving.

*We offer a 10 year guarantee on the structural work that we do. This guarantee is insurance backed by IWA and includes insurance for any deposit you may pay. So, in the unlikely event that we do not rectify any a fault that becomes apparent within the ten year guarantee period, IWA will pay for the fault to be rectified.
