Insurance Claims Management


In addition to our Insurance Repairs we can offer a completely free of charge Insurance Claims Management service if you so desire.

The process:

  1. Contact us on 0800 078 7535 to arrange an appointment with one of our surveyors
  2. At an agreed time, we will survey the damage and prepare the paperwork for your insurer
  3. We will negotiate a settlement with your insurer, and if required meet the insurers loss adjuster
  4. Once authorised, we will arrange for the repairs to be to completed quickly
  5. Only when you are satisfied with our work do we invoice your insurance company direct
